For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the 77hoki Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied in full at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 77hoki strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any account where underage use is suspected.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. The Platform is primarily directed at users in Indonesia; however, you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship may not register an account.
• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77hoki Platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through 77hoki or any other gambling platform with which 77hoki cooperates.
• Not a 77hoki Employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 77hoki and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on the 77hoki Platform, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77hoki will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Single Account: Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted. 77hoki employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations and reserves the right to close duplicates without notice.
• Account Currency: Accounts for Indonesian residents are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Currency cannot be changed after account creation.
• Account Closure by User: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding balances meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed before closure is finalised.
• Account Closure by 77hoki: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.

77hoki is committed to operating a safe, secure, and compliant platform. In accordance with our international licensing obligations and AML policies, all users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted, and at any other time 77hoki reasonably requests additional verification.

Documents typically required include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid government-issued passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A self-photograph (selfie) in which you are clearly holding your identity document next to your face, taken in good lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: In certain cases, we may request a photograph or screenshot of the payment method used for deposits to confirm ownership and prevent fraud.

All submitted documents are reviewed by our compliance team. The typical verification timeframe is 1 to 24 hours during business days. 77hoki reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide required documents within 14 days of request may result in account suspension.

77hoki supports a wide range of local and digital payment methods to make funding your account as straightforward as possible for Indonesian players. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• Accepted Methods: Deposits are accepted via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). 77hoki reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Specific promotions may carry higher minimum deposit requirements.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside 77hoki's control.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made using funds belonging to a third party, or using credit cards, credit facilities, or borrowed money, are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are borne by the User.
• Deposit Limits: 77hoki offers voluntary deposit limit tools in the Responsible Gaming section of your account. You may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Declined Deposits: 77hoki reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears suspicious, or that would cause a User's account to exceed applicable limits.

77hoki is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Eligibility: Withdrawals are available exclusively to users who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager, but withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5 minutes to 3 hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally processed within minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, public holidays, or scheduled system maintenance.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect users against fraud.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds after all applicable wagering requirements have been met may be transferred to your Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• AML Review: Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review under our AML procedures. During a review, the processing timeline may be extended. 77hoki will communicate with you promptly if additional information is required.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. VIP members may be eligible for elevated limits at 77hoki's discretion.
• Unclaimed Balances: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the account balance. Users will be notified by email prior to any deduction.

77hoki periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiple for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus before fulfilling the requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 77hoki reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of users found to be abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Certain promotions carry a maximum withdrawable win derived from Bonus Funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any pending wagering progress will be automatically removed from accounts.
• Right to Modify: 77hoki reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that changes do not prejudice users who have already accepted and commenced wagering under a promotion's original terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 77hoki Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are available within each game's help section or betting market interface.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 77hoki. We reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected system error, suspicious wagering patterns, or where accepting the bet would violate applicable law.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where a game or event is abandoned, where there is a manifest pricing error, where the bet was placed on an incorrectly listed market, or where 77hoki has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was manipulated or subject to corruption.
• Sports Betting — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on football and other sports are subject to our standard sports betting rules. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the bet will be settled as if the voided selection had not been included, and the potential return adjusted accordingly.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. There may be a brief suspension of markets during critical match moments (goals, red cards, injury time). Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by third-party operators. 77hoki publishes results as provided by those operators and will not be held liable for disputes arising from draw-result errors made by the originating operator. Results are final once officially published.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or betting session, the affected round or bet will be voided and stakes returned. 77hoki will not honour payouts resulting from software errors, display glitches, or server interruptions.
• Responsible Consumption of Odds Data: Historical odds, statistics, and form data provided on the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes. 77hoki accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of that information.

77hoki is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the welfare of all users. We provide the following tools and resources within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. These limits help you stay within your personal entertainment budget.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configure reminders that alert you after a set gaming session duration, prompting you to review your activity before continuing.
• Time-Out: Take a mandatory break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is fully suspended and you cannot deposit, wager, or access gaming features.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period selected (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, 77hoki will block your account and refund your remaining Real Money Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77hoki Platform. Violations will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from 77hoki.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77hoki staff or other users.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical methods.

All content on the 77hoki Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 77hoki or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use the 77hoki brand, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77hoki's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77hoki's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77hoki expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond 77hoki's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any change in the legal status of online gaming in the User's jurisdiction occurring after account registration.

Nothing in this clause limits 77hoki's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

77hoki collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data principles applied by 77hoki include:

• Data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, and service improvement.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Users may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• All data transmissions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77hoki holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

For Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia: you acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your continued compliance with applicable local law. 77hoki does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in every Indonesian province or regency, and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's decision to access the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

77hoki reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and/or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the 77hoki Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.
